Created using Bird’s Eye Pepper, The Mozambique Spice Company’s Peri-Peri Sauce is a tantalizing combination of roasted tomatoes and garlic with citrus, apple cider vinegar laced with bird’s eye pepper and fresh herbs.

The sauce, while a little “warm”, explodes with flavor and is addictive to the pallet! For now sold only in medium strength; it is a great compliment for poultry, meats and shellfish!
